These bulbs have nice-sized cloves, are harvested by hand, and are dried in a climate-controlled environment. Some peeling on the outer paper is normal. They have been cured properly so you may use them to cook or keep them in a cool dry place until time to plant. Save the biggest cloves for planting, and you will be rewarded with huge garlic cloves next spring. Averages 8-10 cloves per bulb. It is robust and hardy and adapts well to summer heat. Is highly productive in both northern climates and warm regions.
